Bruce meets Jeffrey

Here’s my snippet–when Bruce first meets Jeffrey at the bookstore–

He walks out of the bookstore, his head down, thinking of the sudden big hole in his account.  He won’t really be able to take Bara out to anywhere fancy now.  She’s been playing hard to get, and he was hoping to impress her enough to talk her into sleeping with him again—

The next thing he knows, he is sitting down hard on the floor, books scattered all about him.  His first thought is to gather up all that expensive paper–

–until he hears the warmest, most attractive voice he has ever heard, sounding like a cross between Chris Hemsworth and Keith Urban.

“Bugger, mate, I’m really sorry. I didn’t mean to run into you like that. I wasn’t looking where I was goin‘.”
