Still More Sins

Since this is the last Rainbow Snippet for awhile, I’ll make it a good one 🙂 By the time they come back, this book might even be done–This is the last six sentences ( well maybe a few more) Oz is with Leah.

“Use other means?” she said, smiling, and Oz nodded.

“Yeah, like I might have to use now, since it’s getting time for this vamp to retire.”

“Well, are you going to just—fade to black right here?”

“Uh, no, I’m going to get into a phone booth and put on my bat suit,” Oz said with a smirk. “If you don’t mind watching, it’ll be easier if I just do it here.”

Leah nodded. “Go ahead, then.”

“Actually, it’s more like a cloud—“
